These lovely two and three bedroom apartments are located in the resort Oliva Nova. The apartments contain fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, two or three bedrooms and a living room. These picturesque residential units are located in a quiet part of the Resort Oliva Nova. To the units there is a community pool. Towels and linen are included in the price.
Oliva Nova offers transport from the airport. The closest airports are Alicante and Valencia.
The resort itself consists of such of a large four-star hotel with associated 1500m2 spa and massage area. Further, there are many private homes, a beautiful golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros and a 1.6 km long beach on the Mediterranean and with the finest white sand.
Here are eight restaurants and a few bars, with only 10 km into the authentic city Denia and its idyllic Yacht and fishing port. You will also find very good shopping.
All activities at the resort can also be used by tenants in vacation homes.
